On Business reward programme

On Business will be unavailable on 22 and 23 November due to planned system updates in order to launch the new global On Business Programme. During this time enrolment into the programme will not be possible. Also members will not be able to log in to their accounts or be able to make, change or cancel reward bookings online or via the British Airways Service Centre.
