On Business

With On Business, it's easy to save on international travel

Simply fly British Airways for business and save. Every time employees travel with us, your company earns Points redeemable for upgrades, reward flights* and hotel stays. Your employees who are Executive Club members also benefit by earning BA Miles for personal use.

Here's all you need to do to start saving:

  1. Enrol your company. At this time, you’ll need to nominate a Company AuthoriserProgramme Administrator and Travel Agent  (optional) to manage your company’s On Business account.

    Please note: Companies under corporate contract with British Airways are not eligible for On Business membership. 
  2. Receive these essentials via email within 48 hours:

    On Business membership number - Your company will need this to earn Points for rewards. Share it with all travelling employees.

    Login ID and password - These will enable you and every nominated person to securely access and manage your account online anytime.
  3. Direct your employees or travel agent to provide your company’s membership number when making British Airways reservations. This will ensure your company receives proper credit for all travel.
  4. Earn On Business Points for every British Airways flight.
  5. Redeem Points online for upgrades, reward flights* and hotel stays once at least three employees have completed travel with British Airways.

Please note:  Non-redeemed Points expire at the end of the second calendar year from which they’re earned.
