Overview - achievements

Although we have not arrived at our One Destination entirely as yet, we have met many milestones right across our entire operation since launching our responsible air travel programme.

From supporting research into alternative fuels, raising money for charities or purchasing ethical products, last year saw British Airways deliver some fantastic achievements, which both our colleagues and customers have played a vital role in and should be highly proud of.
